Ellis College of NYIT is a great school (I’m attending) and their classes are all 8 weeks.

Thanks so much for the information in your articles. I’m looking at going back to college after an almost 20 year absence, and really prefer the shorter terms you mentioned here. This information is sure to make my search for a school much easier.

Hello,

I absolutely agree with your insight on traditional and accelerated courses.
Learning is demanding no matter what format one chooses; as you stated, accelerated courses require reading/comprehension of more material in a shorter period of time. From a personal experience, I am very pleased with the accelerated course.
I attended traditional college in my native Italy years ago, but I am proud to receive a degree from a U.S. college in the near future.
